สีกันไฟ Neoterm Intumescent Coating เป็นสีกันไฟชนิดพองตัว (Intumescent) ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อปกป้องโครงสร้างเหล็กจากความร้อนและไฟไหม้ โดยมีคุณสมบัติพิเศษในการพองตัวเมื่อสัมผัสกับอุณหภูมิสูง ช่วยชะลอการลุกไหม้และรักษาความแข็งแรงของโครงสร้างในกรณีเกิดเพลิงไหม้

สีทากันไฟ Neoterm เป็นสีกันไฟสูตรน้ำมัน (Sovent Base) สำหรับทาโครงสร้างเหล็กเพื่อป้องกันความร้อนจากเหตุเพลิงไหม้ ไม่ให้ทำลายโครงสร้างเหล็กพังทลายลงมาจึงมีเวลาเคลื่อนย้ายผู้คนและสิ่งของได้ทันเวลา สีทากันไฟนีโอเทอมจะมีลักษณะเป็นฟิล์มบางเคลือบผิวเหล็กเมื่ออุณหภูมิร้อนตั้งแต่ 200 องศาเซลเซียส ฟิล์มสีจะเกิดการพองตัวหนาขึ้นคล้ายฉนวนป้องกันและชะลอความร้อนได้ พร้อมวุฒิวิศวกรโยธาเซ็นรับรองตามกฎหมายกำหนด
